Продюсер "Двух дней" выиграл суд у "Централ Партнершип"

Хамовнический суд Москвы 21 февраля удовлетворил иск к компании ЦПШ продюсера Рубена Дишдишяна о возвращении его имени в титры фильма Авдотьи Смирновой "Два дня". Об этом сообщает РИА Новости.
Дишдишян - основатель и бывший президент ЦПШ. В апреле 2011 года было объявлено, что он покидает пост главы компании. В июне 2011 года стало известно, что ЦПШ вырезает фамилию бывшего президента из титров спродюсированных им картин. В частности, на фестивале "Кинотавр" Смирнова выражала недовольство тем фактом, что из титров "Двух дней" без ее ведома удалили Дишдишяна.
В декабре 2011 года Дишдишян оформил иск к ЦПШ. Он требовал не только вернуть свое имя в титры, но и возместить ему моральный ущерб в размере 1,5 миллиона рублей (суд в результате постановил, что компания должна выплатить бывшему гендиректору 50 тысяч рублей и возместить судебные издержки). Представители ЦПШ, в свою очередь, заявляли, что продюсером фильма "Два дня" является сама компания, так как договоры о создании и прокате картины заключались от ее имени, а не от имени физического лица.
Теперь Дишдишян намеревается оформить аналогичные иски, касающиеся еще четырех кинофильмов (речь идет о лентах "Бой с тенью" Алексея Сидорова, "Дом" Олега Погодина", "Пять невест" Карена Оганесяна и "Небесный суд" Алены Званцовой) и пяти телесериалов. При этом продюсер отметил, что готов попытаться урегулировать конфликт с ЦПШ мирным путем.
